Every delivery job carries the requirements the shipper set when they posted it.
Open a job from the Offers page and the Requirements section lists them.
Catering cart. A wheeled cart that carries trays and hot boxes upright. Shippers ask for it on catering orders, where the food travels level and moves from the vehicle to a table in one trip.
Hand truck (2 wheels). An upright two-wheel dolly for stacked boxes. Shippers ask for it when the load comes out in cases: drinks, produce, packaged goods.
Pallet jack. A manual jack that lifts a pallet off the floor and rolls it. Shippers ask for it when the load leaves already on a pallet.
Insulated bags. Padded bags that hold temperature during the drive. Shippers ask for them on cold or hot food.
Straps. Tie-downs that hold the load in place in the cargo space. Shippers ask for them when the load is tall, loose, or can shift on the road.
Heavy lifting experience. Shippers mark this when the load is heavy enough that carrying it is most of the work.
Catering setup experience. Shippers mark this when the drop-off includes arranging the spread: trays, chafing dishes and serving items.
Alcohol permit. The permit your state or city requires to carry alcohol. Shippers mark it when the order contains alcohol.
If you have not added it yet. When a delivery job asks for equipment that is not on your profile, tapping Apply opens a sheet asking you to confirm it. Take the photo there and tap Confirm, or tap I don't have one to close it. Heavy lifting and catering setup experience never ask for a photo, and their button reads I can't do this.
Straps, pallet jack and alcohol permit do not open that sheet.
