At a drop-off, tap on Upload Proof of Delivery. Clicking it opens Remaining documents, the list of what that stop still asks for.
Shippers choose what each stop asks for, so the list can change from job to job.
Delivered products asks for a photo of the products, where they're left or who they're left with.
Catering setup asks for a photo of the setup completed according to the shipper's instructions.
Street number asks for a proof of the address, like a building number, apartment number, the name of the business, and so on.
Receiver's ID asks for a photo of the receiver's ID.
Signed document asks for a photo of the paperwork with the receiver's name on it, and the shipper might require a signature on the paperwork depending on the job.
E-signature opens a pad in the app for the receiver to sign.
Add note leaves a note for the shipper about how the delivery was completed, and Complete delivery closes the stop.
When a photo does not match what the shipper asked for, the screen reads Verification needed and names what is expected, such as the street number or the name of the receiver. Make a correction reopens the camera for another shot.
